My biological mum, my Mama, was only with me till the age of 7. BUT, at that short period of time, she has instilled in me alot of good values that I still carry with me till now. She is also the one that is responsible in planting in me, the love of the arts and songs & rhythm. The one who doesn’t pooh pooh me when she knew what a great imagination I have. The one who started me off on my life long love affair with books & reading.

The same values and love that I would one day, hopefully, pass on to my children.

Her love for singing, songs & rhythm is strongly instilled in me. I LOVE singing, just like she did. I Love performing on stage. I Love memorising songs that I love just simply for the simple melodies & lyrics. I Love beautiful words & proses.

I LOVE listening to the soothing oldies that sounds so familiar to me even though when the song 1st came out, I was just a wee little baby.

I think I know quite a number of oldies thanks to my mum.

I can safely say I have suprised quite a few old birds with my knowledge of the oldies..hehe.

Of all the oldies that I have heard &loved, The Carpenters is my all time favourite.

 Thanks Mama for leaving me with something that I can hold on to and love just like you did.
