So the one going back tonite is Kristy Lee Cook.

I have to say, am not really a big supporter of her. I mean like, Duh! Its a SHE!

But then again, her voice is kinda good. Just too bad that she just have this image of a typical good ol’ country singer.

Heck, in fact I would not be suprised if after this boot out, she gets a contract offer to sing country songs like that other female idol winner whats-her-name.

But, digression aside, I thought her rendition of Mariah’s “Forever” was quite well done. Yeah sure, Randy Jackson, Mr Bigshot himself, was not “feeling it dawg” but I do think that as ordinary or plain as her rendition of the song was, it had a lot of heart in it. I dunno about you guys out there, but I could actually see her putting her heart in it when she sang the song & that sold it for me. It made the song REAL. You feeling me dawg??

I thought since her performance of the song was so good, it deserves a spot on this blog so check out Kristy’s rendition… Seriously, you should also check out the one where she sang this song after she was announced out of Idol. She sang it to Simon! Hahahaa, I thought it was so hilarious!

But, all this said, obviously nobody can top the Divine Miss Mimi at her own song dude.
