I know I can be quite a blur block.

I know I can be quite, no scratch that, VERY BAD at maths.

I know I have bad memory.

But even with all the above I am NOT a useless piece of work!

I hate people who thinks they are always right or that they can never make mistakes just because they are “The Boss”.

Bosses are not gods or godesses. They make mistakes. They also sometimes, say one thing but mean another thing!

And when that happens, who’s wrong? The puny workers that’s who!!

I can accept being “scolded” or told off, I know my many flaws, but I can’t stand it if the person doing it makes me feel like I am the only one at fault when the lines of communication itself also has a part in the confusion!

A good leader knows their workers & works hand in hand with their strenghts & weaknesses.

Pain in the ass.
